Financial Administrator

The Hungarian fashion brand NUBU is looking for a new member for its team who will fulfil the role of Financial Administrator.

 

We are looking for a new financial administrator colleague who would like to develop in their professional careers, who is not afraid to push their boundaries and strive to get better day by day.

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Compilation of project reports

-Creating financial reports in Excel

-Preparation, registration and filing of company and accounting documents

-Track contracts and billing tasks

-Management of inventory and application materials

-Business accounting support

-Management of bank transfers

-Preparation and registration of employment documents

-Management of administrative tasks for exhibitions, fashion shows and other events

-Conversational level English language proficiency, native language level Hungarian language proficiency

-Daily contact with company management

 

Expectations:

 

-Good communication and problem solving skills

-Experienced Windows Office user

-Goal-oriented, self-sufficient, proactive and dynamic personality

-Customer focused

-Work closely with company management on a long-term, full-time or part-time basis

 

Advantages:

-Experience in a similar field

-Category B license

-Proficiency in English conversational level, proficiency in Hungarian native language
